Privacy Notice

This notice covers personal data processed through progetti.life, Progetti Srl's corporate and product presentation website. Legacy customer accounts and purchasing features remain present; data submitted through these functions are processed to handle requests and contractual relationships.

2. Categories and sources of personal data
- Browsing and security: IP address, access time, requested pages, browser and device technical data, logs and session identifiers.
- Email enquiries: name, email address and information voluntarily submitted.
- Legacy commercial features: where used, customer and company details, login details, orders, delivery and billing records and related communications.
- Privacy preferences: optional-service consent choices stored by Klaro in the
progetti_life_consentcookie. - Optional services: data potentially processed by authorised, actually published tags, depending on their configuration.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Website operation, maintenance and security: legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or performance of a user-requested service (Article 6(1)(b)), as applicable.
- Responding to email enquiries: pre-contractual steps requested by the individual (Article 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interests in handling communications (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Existing or historic accounts, orders and commercial relationships: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and compliance with accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Non-essential analytics and other optional services: consent where required (Article 6(1)(a)), withdrawable through Cookie preferences.
- Protecting rights and preventing abuse: legitimate interests, subject to applicable law.
4. Processing, recipients and third-party services
Processing uses electronic tools and appropriate organisational and technical safeguards. Authorised staff and service providers may access data only to the extent needed for their duties. The website is hosted by Register.it; an updated list of processors may be requested from the controller.
Klaro manages consent preferences. The Google Tag Manager GTM-TZKK8GP container is configured to load only after analytics consent. Any measurement services activated through that container are subject to the visitor’s consent choices. Website fonts are hosted on our own server.
Some legacy website functions may involve external service providers for payments, security and user-requested services. See the Cookie Policy for details of cookies and optional technologies. You may contact the controller to request information about recipients of data in connection with a specific commercial relationship.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
If a service transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area, the controller applies the conditions and safeguards required by the GDPR for the specific provider and processing activity. Further details may be requested from the controller.
6. Retention
Data are retained no longer than necessary for their purposes: technical logs according to security needs and hosting settings; correspondence for handling requests and related business matters; and commercial, accounting and tax documents for applicable statutory periods. Legacy account and purchase records are being assessed ahead of deactivation; data without a lawful retention need will be erased or anonymised. Cookie preferences are configured for 180 days unless changed or deleted by the user.
7. Whether data are required
Essential technical data are needed to operate the website securely. Email enquiries are voluntary, although missing information may prevent a response. Consent to optional services is voluntary and refusal does not prevent essential browsing.
8. Your rights
Where applicable under GDPR Articles 15–22, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. 9. Changes
This notice may be updated to reflect changes to processing activities, services or organisation. The review date appears above.
